This is a Lees Summit Missouri HyVee pick. A whopping 124.6 proof, very dark coloring. Nose overwhelms my nostrils. Taking it in lightly, I'm getting burnt sugar and cocoa, and a light floral note, but I don't pick up any fruitiness. Alcohol definitely makes its presence known. Palate is strong, less sweet than expected, but definitely chocolatey, and strong cherry. The heat of the proof reads peppery. The cocoa lingers and turns a little bitter at the end. Overall, very good. I tried it with a single small ice cube; the chocolate took over and it became a little one note. Better straight.

You know it didn’t blow me away at the price point it’s good but not 90 worth it this was a bourbon enthusiast pick it has some fruit and is pretty spicy I also feel like I’m getting some better Oak
Fruity and floral nose, very mild. Initial taste is a bit oily, tannins and slightly herbal. Well balanced body and a slight burn on the finish with more fruitiness. Very solid pour.
Nose: vanilla, honey clove Palate: baked bread and honey, vanilla caramel. Hint if marshmallow Classic bourbon flavor but done well. Would buy again
Nose: very soft, banana, burnt caramel Palette: sweet spearmint very soft. More chocolate, not floral, medium length finish.
Spicy first but then it is a mixed fruit bomb, with a long finish. It evolves on your tongue, very fun to sip on.
