Four Roses Single Barrel Private Selection Barrel Strength OESQ

Age: 10y 9m ABV: 53.1% Nose- killer nose, dark fermenting fruits, caramel candies, rye seems pops in at the end Taste- definitely more spicy than the nose led on. Cinnamon, deep caramel, more red fruits and a hint of banana Finish- long, spicy (cinnamon and peppercorn) My favorite recipe of the four I’ve tried.

I didn’t think i would like this based on published tasting notes, but its just anither great 4 🌹 product. The floral nose and palette are done so well this is greT snd finishes rather long.

Nose: caramel and more chicory, vanilla, oaky Palette: cracker, minty, creamy, floral notes towards the back end. More rye in the finish.
