Nose: minty, almost rye note on the nose. Caramel, spice. A tiny bit of caramelized banana. Palate: a bit of heat, very whisky-esque with strong oak influence, caramel, spice, Calvados cask influence is noticeable here too. A bit of heat but drinks very smooth for 61%. A bit of charred oak smokeyness Finish: sweet dark caramel and baking spice
