Frey Ranch Single Barrel Straight Rye, Barrel Strength

NOSE Oaky, dried dark fruit, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, leather and a touch of char. Heavy and brooding, the aroma has a heaft to it. PALATE Oak, rye spice, dill, bready, grassy, complex baking spice, pepper and leather with a touch of brown sugar and dried dark fruit and vanilla. Complex and heavy, it takes a bit to fully unfold and go through the layers. FINISH Long -> Oak, complex spice fades to a dark sweetness and grassy grain and clove.
