66.7% That's pretty hot! Smelling this reminds me of walking through a lumber yard. Dried white oak, not the bark but the center. upon tasting, I got the sense of vanilla on the winglets of my tongue. mid and back palate draw smooth spice and an inoffensive finish. maybe the finish could be longer, but I like it week-long anyways.

Nose: Sweet w/ hints of monkey bread, some spice but more like cooked cinnamon. Palate: Sweet caramel and vanilla with some bread-like qualities. A little nuttiness develops as more vanilla comes out. Finish: Cinnamon rolls, some pepper adds a little kick but is quickly tappers as the vanilla soothes the finish.
Almost perfect. One of the most unique bourbons I’ve ever had. Try the balmorrhea and single barrel too but the cowboy is just one of the best bourbons out there. I’ve blinded it with stagg and 1792 fp store pick and it wins.
Sweet oak nose, very rich initially with warm vanilla and sugar followed by wheat bread, more oak notes on finish, drinks much smoother than proof
Hot as fu#k! Great nose, sweet vanilla cornbread and oak. Palette gets smoked by the heat and I drink exclusively BP Bourbon.
Beautiful color and nice smell. Heavy strong alcohol taste. Nice finish. I'll buy a bottle of this in the future
