Garrison Brothers Hye Rye is the Texas-based distillery's first rye-based bourbon. Like other whiskeys in their portfolio, this is made with a sweet mash bill. For this bottling, 52% South Texas corn, 37% organic rye, and 11% barley is used and it's aged for 5 years. This is an experimental release from the distillery with only 1200 bottles produced. It's bottled at 98 proof. Available at the distillery as of December 5, 2020.
