Gekkeikan Sake

Dont drink Sake, but seems like this is the “well” sake at most restaurants. Not bad, fairly neutral, I preferred it hot but it was also cold out so could be bias.

Let’s be honest it is not a crazy fancy tasting sake but it is what is says good average flavor and that signature sake taste

Smooth with low bitterness and low acidity. Maybe an earthy rice taste with mild grapefruit in the background.

Not a fan of Saki. Couldn't finish it. I'm sure it's good for what it is. 🤷‍♂️
