Bottles has been opened for two weeks Nose: sweet brown sugar with barrel char, medicinal cherry, oak, dark fruits Palette: viscous luxardo cherry costs the tongue and just sits there, intesifying. Cherry cola comes mid palette, vanilla and oak on the back end, something like graham cracker as well, maybe marshmallow, very deep lies baking slice with some clove and cinnamon, so rich. The finish has more of the dark fruits and oak. 2024 GTS comparision Nose: sweet caramel, vanilla, rye spice, confectionery sugar Palette: very dry, raisin and fig, burnt brown sugar, molasses, spearmint on the back end with oaky tannins lingering. Not as complex as the 2025, but well balanced, full flavor, solid oak

Another GTS Banger, the hazmat this year really set it off. Loved the heat and balance on this one.
Cinnamon sugar pecans, cherry cordial, Andes mints, earl grey, blackberry, not as hot as expected
