This expression marks Woodinville Distillery's oldest age statement release to date (as of August, 2025). It was distilled from a mash bill of 55% corn, 35% rye, and 10% malted barley. It was matured in heavily toasted but lightly charred barrels made from 24-month open-air seasoned staves from Independent Stave Company. It was matured beginning in 2016 for 9 years in the distillery's rickhouses in Quincy, WA. It is bottled at 100 proof.
