Get Hot

An aroma of a typical reposado, pineapple and some ethanol immediately hits your nose. At first taste this is just a standard, fairly unimpressive reposado with no habañero in sight. But then you get to the finish. And by God, what a lovely finish it is! As soon as the agave begins to recede you're hit with the capsaicin of the habeñero which mixes delightfully well with the agave flavors, bringing out a pineapple taste and quite a bit of heat. I eat spicy food all the time yet felt the heat from the habañero for a good two minutes along with the accentuated taste of the agave. This is an excellent mixer just begging to give your next margarita a nice kick or to create some interesting spicy cocktails. Don't sleep on this tequila!
