About this bottle

This gin expression is Gin Lane 1751's version of an Old Tom style gin. While it uses the same eight botanicals - juniper, orris root, seville orange, angelica, sicilian lemon, star anise, cassia bark, and coriander - as the distillery's London dry expressions, more star anise is used in production. Additionally, some refined sugar is also added before the final product is bottled at 40% ABV.
