About this bottle

Released in 2014, Hernö's take on an Old Tom gin begins with the same botanical recipe - juniper berries, coriander seeds, fresh lemon peel, lingon berries, meadowsweet, black pepper, cassia and vanilla - as its other gin styles. However, this Old Tom gin uses a larger amount of meadowsweet and includes some honey that is added just prior to bottling. The final product is bottled at 43% ABV.
