It tastes like an average but subtler Gin due to the lower proof. The herbs don’t really pop like some other gins but the bergamot is noticeable and there was a little bit of wheat on the end too. This was a little more middle of the road than I anticipated.

A brighter, lighter gin. Perfect for a martini. This is NOT full of botanicals but has more flavor than a Dutch gin.
