Had a friend in Laval, QC recommend this years ago; picked up my first bottle a while later. Stellar gin if you're seeking a Juniper-forward option at a rate below any comparable competitor. Wouldn't advise sipping it neat, as it's got a mild burn to it. Friends are all split on its suitability in a G&T, while I personally quite enjoy it with a bit of ice and sparkling water. (Admittedly I'm an odd duck.) TLDR: Juniper, Spruce, Coriander, Anisol, Indeterminate Citrus

Fantastic gin. The cedar and cinnamon give this gin a really distinctive taste and finish.

Such a nice gin for G&T. Pine, citrus, and juniper dominate. Great finish.
