Living in Colorado and like Ponderosa pines I wanted to give this a shot. I'm by no means a huge gin fan. I have only had this neat and diluted with a splash of water. Drinking it neat I found it very spicy and strong. Adding some water it became much more flavorful and mellow, definitely sippable. I have not had it with tonic yet.
About this bottle
Spring44 is positioned as a premium American distillery set to compete with the imported gins and vodkas viewed as the market standards. By taking advantage of organic botanicals and the natural Colorado mountain spring located 10,000 feet above sea level, they hope to create high quality and a price that beats the overseas brands. A fairly traditional botanical blend of juniper, coriander, and nutmeg is joined by a touch of certified organic agave nectar.
