About this bottle
The GlenDronach Distillery was founded in 1826 and remained privately owned for many generations until 1960, when it became part of William Teacher & Sons. In 2008, they were purchased by the BenRiach Distillery Company. This single malt from the Highlands was matured for 33 years in prime Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.

The only whisky I’ve tasted that beats my Yamasaki 18 standard. I tasted them side by side twice to make sure - I was blown away by the smoothness and depth of this whisky. Wish I’d bought it years ago when it was available in the open market.
Outstandingly smooth and mapley
