Glenrothes 8 Year Old 2007 (The Malt Whisky Company)

An intense, 8-year-old bottling of Glenrothes single malt, distilled in 2007 & independently bottled by The Malt Whisky Company. 162 bottles were produced. It has an aromatic birth with notes of Figgy pudding, fudge sauce & raisins; while a rich life adds notes of chocolate malt, with hints of rolling tobacco & spicy cinnamon; that led to a long & spicy death with notes of violet, almond & caramelized fruit.
