An intense, 7-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Glentauchers distillery, aged in a Sherry puncheon from 2010 to 2017, bottled by Càrn Mòr for their Strictly Limited range with an outturn of 940 bottles. It has a rich birth with notes of chocolate chip cookies, Sherried peels & brown sugar; while a complex life adds hints of grist, clove, raisins & vanilla pods; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a touch of smoke, peppercorn & chocolate.
