Good Old Times Toasted Apple

Nose - Apple cinnamon pie. Lots of caramle apple comes through. That toasted, smokiness is very heavy on the nose as well. The bitterness comes through from the oak. Palate - Apple cinnamon right off the bat. Oak and leather are following right behind. Thats pretty much it. Finish - It ends with heavy heavy cinnamon oak and leather with little touches of apple here and there.
