Nose - Pineapple sorbet, or an upside down pineapple cake. Maraschino Cherry. Sweet smell of a pina colada without coconut but on a beach. Vanilla ice cream with pineapple cake. Palate - Blast of classic rum flavors with cinnamon combined. Ends with hints of pineapple and vanilla as it goes to the finish. Very rum heavy on the palate. Finish - Finish is vanilla cinnamon and oak. Light bright notes from the pineapple but very light.
