Nose - Milk chocolate hershey bar. Of course ethanol from the high proof. Palate - Initally its hot wirh cinnamon and barrel char. Then before it finishes it starts like a bite of Hershey bar. Finish - Back end is chocolate and cinnamon, very much like mexican chocolate.
