Nose: Sweet floral notes (rose, jasmine), juniper complexity, citrus (lime, lemon), herbal notes. Palate: The arrival is fresh and crisp with sweet citrus and mild herbal qualities. Juniper is well represented but does not dominate and coriander is also obvious as is finger lime and lemon myrtle. The texture is creamy and very pleasing. Finish: Medium. The fruity/floral palate slowly fades. This is very much a typical modern Australian gin, almost all of which seem to feature finger lime and lemon myrtle (or lemon tea-tree) as local inclusions. It showed no flaws at all and had a well-balanced and pleasing profile. It retails for $68 which is a reasonable price for a locally made gin in Australia. However that puts it in competition with Tanqueray, Roku and many good Australian gins so it’s a crowded arena. I liked this and we might buy a bottle some time. Goodradigbee are also making other gins (which we tried but they were not as impressive) and vodka. Recommended. “Good” : 83/100 (3.5 stars)
