Grand Canyon Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Light on the nose, medium light color. On the nose: little ethanol, honey, soft caramel. Smells light and on the sweeter side. Tatse: soft nites of honey, vanilla and caramel. Not very viscous, not complex and a short finish. It is smooth just not a lot going on.

Tasted in page Arizona at the distillery. Smooth and sweet. Smelled really good

Very (VERY!) thin flavor profile.
