I was pleasantly surprised. It's tasty, quite good for its price. Easy to drink. Well balanced from nose to palate. The bottle is very cool. It may not be the best, but it definitely found a good spot in my bar.
Toffee and vanilla on the nose with a wiff of peat?. The palate is spice and oak. The finish is slightly peppery, but mostly smooth. Not bad. It would be a good whiskey for cocktails.
A fruity, juicy marmalade bomb. The sherry cask gives this plenty of sweetness.
