About this bottle
Based in Seattle, Sun Liquor was originally founded in 2006 and began releasing their first products in 2011, including Gun Club Gin. Created by master distiller Erik Chapman, who grew up in a naval family, Gun Club Gin honors the legacy of "navy-strength" style gins. This gin is made with a wheat-based spirit and 13 botanicals: juniper, coriander, cassia bark, grains of paradise, orris root, angelica root, birch leaves, Spanish green cardamom, star anise, fresh orange peel, cloves, nutmeg and cranberry. The botanicals and spirit are distilled three times before being bottled at 50% ABV.
