Sample - Very light nose, very light at the top end but burns a little. As it settles, very ethanol nose. I actually get a little fruit (look at me go). Mouth feel sticks around. Sampling again - definitely a hard mouth feel. I can kind of get the maple now in the nose but not the taste.
