Cinnamon and vanilla on the nose but luckily on the palate the amburana is so subtle its barely noticeable. Dark chocolate, caramel, coconut, and a slight nuttines come through on the palate reminding me of an almond joy or chocolate turtle. Medium finish with a cinnamon finish. One of the best pours of 2024.
