On the nose: I get corn, corn and… sweet corn On the palate: Caramel and sweet corn are the flavors on the forefront here. Wouldn’t normally think of this combination, but it works here The finish: A moderate finish that allows the caramel to take over and finish things out Overall: A bit one-dimensional. Certianly not bad, but not overtly interesting either

Sweet oak on the nose. The pallet is sweet corn and oak there is a astringent wet leather taste on the finish that i have found on hudson baby barrel. Not a flavor I care for.
Heavy oak on nose, wet wood, sweet corn with some char and a little bite on the end. It is simple and just not very good.
The 6 gallon cask approach here did not accomplish what they set out to do. It’s like drinking a 2x4.
Has a taste of boiled peanuts with a hint of sweet. Not a fan
Sharp and sweet. Hard to believe it’s only 6 mos old though
