A complex, Brandy from Cognac, France crafted from a blend of 25 different Fins Bois & Bons Bois; matured for 3 years in lightly toasted Limousin oak casks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of stone fruits, nuts, spices & wood; while a young life adds notes of fresh pear, vanilla, nutmeg; that leads to a complex death of medium length.
