On the assumption that the Hayman's Cordial Gin sold today is the same as the original one, just in a redesigned bottle, it's a well balanced and pleasant overall affair. Light juniper and citrus with a sweet warmth and a hint of spices neat, very sweet but still well drinkable with tonic. Probably better suited to something like a gimlet.
