Hayman's 1820 Gin Liqueur

This is exactly what you would think it is ---a distilled gin, based on a specific citrus-dominant gin recipe, blended with sugar to create a liqueur. The botanicals used are the standard ten for Hayman's gin: juniper, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, cinnamon root, cassia bark, orris root, licorice, and nutmeg. At 40% ABV, it's bottled at a higher proof than most liqueurs and sold in Europe, most notably in Spain.
