Heaven Hill 11 Years Vom Fass

Sweet and brightly fruity on the nose, apples, pears, apricots, hints of baking spice underneath. Fruit jam and caramel on palate, contrasting spice creeping in below' both eventually blending harmoniously. Spice, fruit, and eventually sweet bread on finish. Good but would be better cask strength.
