Heaven Hill American Whiskey 9 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

Batch 1 1of 1,177 bottles Nose: Sweet, pastry, oak, nutty Palate: ‘Hot’ upfront, spicy (black pepper and baking spices), citrus and apple Finish: Milk chocolate, slightly herbal and a citrusy aftertaste. The overall impression is of a hot and spicy dram, which is perfectly pleasant but a little thin on the mouthfeel.

Not a fan of straight corn whiskey. I’ve had much better Heaven Hill.
