Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Rye (2025 Release)

This is the second edition of Grain to Glass Rye featuring a unique corn seed varietal (Beck's 6225) from seed company Beck's Hybrids. The chosen varietal was then grown at Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. The rye mash bill recipe used here is higher than Heaven Hill's traditional rye mash bill recipe (63% rye, 24% corn and 13% malted barley). It goes into the barrel at 107 proof and is aged over 6 years. The label features the specific corn varietal, distillation year, and release year. Bottled at 105.2 proof without chill-filtration, this is available nationally in limited quantities beginning June 2025. (SRP $99.99/700ml)
