About this bottle
This is the 2025 release of this limited edition expression that comes together from seed to bottle in Nelson County, Kentucky, the home of Heaven Hill Distillery. This edition has a higher percentage of secondary grain than the distillery's traditional wheated mash bill — 52% Beck's 6225 corn, 35% wheat, and 13% malted barley (the corn and wheat are grown by family-owned Peterson Farms). It is matured at least 6 years at HH's Cox's Creek rickhouse site. It is bottled non-chill filtered at a barrel proof of 106.6 (53.3% ABV) as of August, 2025.
