About this bottle
Bob Dylan and the Heaven's Door team have given a name to their core whiskeys. Here, Revival is the name for the brand's Tennessee Straight Bourbon expression which is distilled and aged for at least 5 years in new American oak barrels. They are aged in single story warehouses and are bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration for a fuller flavor profile. The core portfolio is also getting a refresh with new labels highlighting Dylan's iron metalworks. Announced in July 2023, Revival will begin to hit shelves nationwide in the following weeks. Not as smooth as I expected for 92 proof. A little vanilla flavor but thats about it. Ok but not great.
