Series Two from Hidden Barn is a Kentucky straight bourbon which is distilled at MB Roland Distillery. The bourbon is made using a high-rye mash bill (60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley) and it was distilled on a pot still. Master Blender Jackie Zykan selected the ten barrels for the batch. Aged for 5-6 years in wood-fired Kelvin Cooperage American white oak barrels, batch #1 comes in at 112 proof. Available at select US retailers as of December 1, 2022. (SRP $74.99)

This bourbon brings me back to my childhood when I was buying tobacco from the local holler store. I went in with the bartender telling me it was very coco, I smelled it and couldn’t get King B twist tobacco out of my brain. So unique and delicious.
