High West American Prairie Bourbon Manhattan Finished

Soft and creamy. Light cherry or raspberry pie type taste with honey in there as well. No spice, short but tasty finish. Somewhat herbaceous on the nose, but doesnt follow to the palate

One of my favorite bourbons! The manhattan barrel really gives it that lovely vermouth-y flare.

Herbal and cherry on the palate. The finish falls off a little flat.
