Nose: bitter and grassy initially. Not super potent. Palate: minty on the palate. Not really sweet though as I figured it might be. Finish: medium/short and spicy Overall: I’ve never tried this before. You can easily tell it’s a bourbon rye blend. Not bad, not amazing

So smooth and so delicious. Caramel in the nose and sweet fruity notes. Slight hint of mint. Taste is buttery caramel that coats the whole mouth and finishes with some as spice. Delicious!

Slightly sweet with a bit of anise, clove and oak at the end. No heat, but doesn’t lose much with a cube.
