Berries and dried fruit. Winey on the back end with tannis drying. I paid 180 for this bottle. Honestly just buy the high west finished doubel rye. Finished in malbec cask. Its such a better pour. For what this is its 4/5 for me.
Wow. Bourbon, rye, and the richness of a red wine. Wouldnt reach for this as a daily driver but man is it unique and tasty. Love the collaboration.
Fantastic. Christmas spices, allspice, cranberries, strawberries, toffee, cinnamon, date syrup, nutella, and nutmeg.
Just to oaky and sweet for my taste. Many may like. I will stick with BouRye and Midwinters Night Dram
