Highland Park 2001 15 Year Single Cask Series (Sydäntalvi)

I tasted this whisky a while ago, but didn't write down any notes. What I can remember from the taste is that the cherry was strongly present with a kick of pepper and spices. I enjoyed this whisky a lot.
