Highland Park, 14 year old, 2004, connoisseurs choice Gordon & mcphail First of all, 59% AB, too strong for me. I had to dilute it down and even then not happy with the results. I wasn’t able to find the right dilution with my small sample. Aroma peaty, alcohol , strong, bacon, cooked fruit It seems to be that most of the nice qualities of normal Highland Park are hidden by peat and the heavy alcohol.
