About this bottle
The Departure is the first American single malt whiskey released in the HIRSCH Selected Whiskeys portfolio. It's distilled at the original Hotaling & Co. Distillery in San Francisco from 100% Maris Otter malted barley. Aged for 6+ years in new char #3 and toasted American oak barrels. Only 1,350 bottles will be available for release in CA, IL, TX, LA & CO beginning March 2025. (SRP $74.99)
