On the nose I get floral and vanilla. First sip offers Woody, oak, leather, with a peppery finish. Burn is there and really nice duration. The linger doesn’t last too long. I would like it to last a longer but still consistent with a good bourbon. Ice reduces burn but intensified the leather, char, and opens up a slight oak finish. Not bad for a distillery only open for 7+yrs.

Nose - corn, citrus, tree sap, Taste - orange peel, barrel tannins, more green tree sap, Finish - some bitterness that fades quickly leaving a significant lingering heat
Not very spicy. Oak and char at first but ends in smooth floral and woody notes
Smooth great flavors and good balance. Ture meaning of small batch
Happy to drink the local juice. Nothing to write home about though
Very easy to drink, smooth with a little spice in the middle
