Hot Springs Bearclap Bourbon Batch 2

Nose of oak, cinnamon, dark chocolate, apple, orange peel, tobacco, baking spice, caramel, charcoal and strawberry shortcake. Spicy on the palate, flavors of cinnamon, cherry, baking spice, dark chocolate, white pepper, caramel, char and wood. Lingering spicy finish.

Thanks @Looneyhead for sharing. Tried neat. On the nares i get notes of oak, vanilla, candied cherries. On the palate its yum with notes of candied apricots, brown sugar, cinnamon, and i want to say… light almonds/nutmeg
