Indian Creek 1820 Bourbon

If I recall correctly from the guided tasting, this is their high rye mash bill. For being aged in 30 gallon barrels, this is very good - a cut above! This distillery is tucked in the country in a nice area in northwest Ohio. Definitely worth a visit if you're local! Year: ‘22 Batch: 5 Bottle: 31

Classic bourbon nose but subdued. Light front end taste but nice finish. Picking up leather, cherries and a bit of cinnamon over quiet base of vanilla. An everyday drinker that I would buy again

Smooth on the finish.
