About this bottle
Industry City is located in Brooklyn just east of the Gowanus Bay. Using a base of sugar beets, they ferment and distill on site. In their distillation process, they take thirty groups, or "cuts" as they call them which they evaluate and make a blend from that. Sold at 80 proof.
