Irish Single Malt #1 13 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)

(Batch 2) Sweet apple and apricot up front, a little acerbic. It mellows into a light taste of tea with clove and oak on the finish. It retains a sugary/fruity sweetness all the way through. It’s quite a nice dram which reminds me of Bushmills (in a good way!)

Typical Irish whisky, im assuming triple distilled. Clean light and fresh. Grassy on the nose, fruit palate and little bit of spice on finish, cloves? 🤔

Tastes after Bushmills21, but held up: loads of vanilla and fruityness. Delicious.
