Iron Fish Bourbon Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

Nice... solid bourbon backbone, standard corn whiskey heat. Rum barrel finish pops in the nose, and provides a certain funkiness present on the finish. Eminently sippable neat, pretty cool action in a cocktail.

First high proof bourbon I’ve had where it actually stopped me from drinking it. OG114 is MUCH better (and half the cost)

Nose: Flowers, berries Palate: Berries, leather, oak Finish: fast, flowers, slight sweetness
