Iron Fish Mad Angler Bourbon

Full of spice and very floral. My first four grain experience. It's well blended but comes off young. Lots of orange spice and bitter oak. I personally am not a floral fan on my whiskey but can see the appeal.

Strong vanilla and cinnamon notes to start.  smooth finish with botanical flavor notes. Some rosemary, some clove notes. Woody undertones

A very rich blend of notes on the nose and pallette finishes spicy but lots of oak and rich citrus orange notes.
